For more than 15 years I have explored different paths of self-knowledge (body through metamorphic massage, biodance and bioenergetics; psychological through gestalt therapy, systemic therapy and Lacanian psychoanalysis; humanistic through the enneagram with Claudio Naranjo’s SAT; and others such as meditation, theatre, rebirthing, art therapy or tantra. After many journeys, the conclusion I have reached is that there are no more answers than those given to us by our own body. All wisdom is hidden within us; we just have to know how to listen to ourselves. It was from 2020 (now that I think about it, how symbolic the date …) when I began to contact myself more thanks to astrology. During confinement I became fond of tarot and that is how I ended up in the Kabbalah. After several training sessions with Villarrubia, Ricard Barrufet, Maravillas de Magdala, I realized that there is no better way to learn than by teaching; and that is how I began to do queries.
