These Terms govern memberships purchased through kabalah.eu, including Friends of Kabbalah and the Practice Group.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service provider, and “you” refers to the member.
- Membership plans and benefits
Friends of Kabbalah
The annual membership is currently advertised at US$79 per year and includes:
- A digital membership card.
- Your personal Tree of Life.
- A monthly newsletter.
- Access to exclusive member content and resources.
- Four online community meetings per year, normally one per quarter.
- A 20% discount on courses and individual consultations.
- The option to join the Practice Group at the member price of US$15 per month, instead of the regular US$19 monthly price.
The Practice Group requires a separate purchase and is not included in the Friends of Kabbalah membership fee.
Practice Group
The Practice Group offers two live online meetings per month, guided exercises, discussion of real cases, opportunities to participate, session materials and access to the private community.
The advertised fees are US$19 per month or US$190 per year. The discounted US$15 monthly option is available to active Friends of Kabbalah members.
The benefits, total price and membership period displayed at checkout form part of your purchase agreement. Additional products, courses and consultations are charged separately unless expressly included.
- Payment and membership period
Before payment, checkout will show the total amount payable, including applicable taxes, the currency, the membership period and whether the plan involves recurring payments.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges.
Membership begins on the activation date stated in your confirmation email. We will provide confirmation of your purchase and these Terms by email or another durable format.
- Renewal and cancellation

Recurring payments will only apply where clearly disclosed and expressly accepted at checkout.
You may stop an automatically renewing membership before the next billing date using the cancellation method provided in your account or by contacting us. We will confirm your cancellation.
Cancelling renewal does not itself end access during an already paid membership period. Unless a refund or another legal remedy applies, access continues until that period expires.
Any change to the renewal price will be communicated in advance, giving you an opportunity to cancel before the new price is charged.
- Right of withdrawal and refunds
Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the membership contract, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to our contact email or use the withdrawal function provided on the website. You may use the form at the end of these Terms, but this is not compulsory.
We will reimburse amounts due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, normally using the original payment method.
If you expressly request services to begin during the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraw, a proportionate charge may apply for services already supplied, where permitted by law and properly disclosed beforehand.
Any exception concerning immediate delivery of digital content requires the separate express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not waive your withdrawal rights.
After the withdrawal period, simply choosing not to attend meetings or use membership benefits does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Your statutory rights concerning services that are defective, unavailable or not supplied as agreed remain unaffected.
- Online meetings and access
Meetings take place online. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and access to the announced meeting platform.
We will communicate meeting dates, times and the relevant time zone in advance. If we need to reschedule a meeting, we will provide reasonable notice and a replacement date.
Recordings are only included where expressly stated. We will inform participants beforehand if a session will be recorded and explain how the recording will be used.
If we cannot provide a substantial part of the purchased service, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
- Respectful participation and confidentiality
Members must treat others respectfully and must not engage in harassment, discrimination, threats or disruptive behaviour.
Do not disclose another participant’s personal information or record, reproduce or share sessions without appropriate permission.
You retain ownership of your own contributions. Sharing an experience during a meeting does not authorise us to use it in advertising or publish it as a testimonial.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in restricted access or termination. We will act proportionately and explain our decision. Any consequences for paid fees will be assessed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
- Personal use and intellectual property
Membership access is personal and may not be shared or resold.
Our materials are provided for your personal study. You may not redistribute, publish or commercially exploit them without written permission, except where the law permits.
- Educational purpose
Our activities concern Kabbalah, the Tree of Life, reflection and personal development. Interpretations are educational and symbolic; they do not guarantee particular personal, professional or financial outcomes.
These services do not replace medical care, psychological treatment or other qualified professional advice.
- Privacy and communications
Personal data is processed as explained in our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
We will send communications necessary to administer your membership. Newsletter and promotional communications will be handled according to your preferences and applicable law, with an unsubscribe option where required.
- Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases or renewals. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the benefits of a paid membership or remove your statutory rights.
Material changes affecting an ongoing membership will be communicated in advance, together with any applicable options.
